I came to Microsoft during the launch of Bing's 3d maps. In those two years we set out to offer more resolution and detail than Google and Apple. It took a lot of teamwork and man hours, but at the end of 2013 we shipped 70 3d cities setting a new standard of  detail for 3d maps. Though we hit a great mile stone, we realized that we were not finished yet. Which is why we've continued to polish and perfect our 3d maps. So each new addition of 3d cities, that we ship every month, is better than the last.
